Worldspan Sale Could Raise $610 Million For Three Carriers
American Airlines (AMR), Delta Air Lines (DAL) and Northwest Airlines (NWAC) could raise $610 million from a decision upon March 4 to sell their stakes in Worldspan to brace private equity firms. The potential after-tax value is between $125-$160 million for American, $190-$250 million for Delta and $160-$200 million for Northwest.
